SHIPPING
Your order is processed and shipped from our Hong Kong HQ. Orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase unless otherwise specified, but may be subject to delays during sale periods and new drops. Some products including but not limited to solid gold pieces are made-to-order for you and will take approximately 7-15 business days from time of order to be ready for shipping.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to harsh weather conditions, customs load, post office strike or any other unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately, we do not issue refund due to unexpected shipping delays. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Pristine Style offers free express shipping with tracking on orders over a certain amount of purchases. Please find more details below for your region/country:

Please kindly note, as part of our commitment to providing the best customer experience possible, we currently only ship to the countries listed above. However, please be assured that we are actively exploring options to expand our shipping capabilities and hope to serve customers in more regions in the future.
For international orders, a valid phone number and email address is required. Failure to provide this information may result in a delay or non-delivery of your order. Please ensure that you provide this information accurately during the checkout process to avoid any issues.
We are not responsible for customs fees or import taxes. If a package is refused for any reason, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempting to have it delivered again. We will not refund a customer if their order is refused.
We do not deliver to PO boxes. In the case that an order is placed and the delivery address is a PO box, the order will be cancelled. No refunds or adjustments on shipping and transaction fees will be provided.
If billing and shipping addresses are provided in a language other than English or Chinese, your order will be subject to a delay or cancellation.
