Method 1: Measure an Existing Ring
- Grab a ring you own.
- Measure its inside diameter.
- Refer to our "Inner Diameter (in/mm)" column in the table above to find your size.
Method 2: Measure Your Finger
- Wrap measuring tape snugly around your finger.
- No measuring tape? Use string, floss, or paper, then measure it against a ruler.
- Ensure your fingers are at their normal size (they may shrink in cold weather or swell in heat, after exercise, or after alcohol).
- If you have a large knuckle, consider a slightly larger size.
